Dengue fever: No deaths, 120 hospitalised in 24hrs

At least 120 new dengue patients were admitted to different hospitals across the country in 24 hours until this morning.

With the new cases, the total number of dengue patients rose to 57,858 this year.

There were no deaths in this 24 hour period and the total number of deaths owing to dengue fever this year remains at 254, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

Some 1,727 dengue patients are still undergoing treatment, of whom 773 are from outside Dhaka.
