Sri Lanka to touch down today

We can read Chandika's mind: Mahmud

The Bangladesh cricket team is currently in the charge of technical director Khaled Mahmud after the premature exit of head coach Chandika Hathurusingha in October last year left the post vacant.

As the Sri Lanka team, now coached by Hathurusingha, touch down in Dhaka today for the ODI tri-series also involving Zimbabwe and the following Test and T20I series against Bangladesh, Mahmud talks about the series to come and Bangladesh's challenges in the aftermath of a disastrous tour of South Africa in September-October last year.

In the interview on page 14, Mahmud talks about how it may actually be an advantage for Bangladesh to play a team guided by their former coach, saying that they have already formed a sense of his strategy from the squad that he has picked.
