Foggy, cloudy weather likely to stay for 2 days

Moisture influx from the west caused the foggy and cloudy weather today and is likely to induce similar climate pattern along with light rain across the country for the next two days.

“Influx of moisture from the Arabian Sea has influenced the weather,” Abdur Rahman, the duty officer of Bangladesh Meteorological Department, told The Daily Star today.

“Under its influence, the weather may remain gloomy. There might be light rainfall through some parts of the country. The weather may remain unchanged for the next three days.”

The weather will not influence the Bay of Bengal, the official said.
