In photos: Cyclone Sitrang leaves a trail of destruction

Cyclone Sitrang left a trail of destruction as it swept through the country on Monday night (October 24, 2022).

Due to the cyclone, thousands of trees were uprooted and embankments along the coastline were breached in many places, leaving low lying areas in Barishal, Bhola, Patuakhali, Noakhali, and Khulna inundated.
