Finally, the much-awaited Telugu version of "Taqdeer" trailer has been released. "Dayaa," starring JD Chakravarthy as Dayaa, a freezer van driver who is partially deaf but gets entangled in a murder scandal.

Directed by Pavan Sadineni, "Dayaa" marks the OTT debut of JD Chakravarthy. The first-look posters and teasers generated a lot of excitement for the series, and the trailer looks gripping.

The trailer highlights that a powerful politician is involved and that a scandalous tape might cause problems for the ruthless politician. Amidst the chaos, Kavita Naidu, a popular reporter for K news channel is missing. Police departments are searching for her but with no leads. The trailer gives off the same intense vibe as Chanchal Chowdhury starrer "Taqdeer" but with better visuals.

Where is Kavita Naidu? And whose body was 'Dayaa' found in his van? Well, the answer will be revealed soon on Disney Plus Hotstar.

The trailer is well-cut, and Viplav Nyshadam's editing is excellent. Eesha Rebba plays JD Chakravarty's pregnant wife. Kamal Kamaraju, Vishnupriya Bheemineni, and Josh Ravi also play key roles in the series.

"Dayaa" will begin streaming on August 4, 2023, on Disney Plus Hotstar.

Director Pavan Sadineni also hints at the end of the trailer that there is much more to Dayaa's character than what is revealed in the teaser.
