Shooting of Jaya Ahsan starrer 'Dawshom Awbotaar' halted

Jaya Ahsan and Srijit had previously collaborated in two films– "Rajkahini" (2015) and "Ek Je Chhilo Raja" (2018). 

After five years, Jaya is working under Srijit's direction in the film "Dawshom Awbotaar", which was supposed to be released this Durga Puja. The shooting for the venture was in full swing. However, during the shoots Srijit suddenly fell sick and he was rushed to the hospital. As a result, the shooting was halted.

According to reports, Srijit was suffering from fever, and they were at the last phase of the shooting, with a one day shoot remaining to complete the film.

Several Indian media reported that the last day shooting was supposed to be filmed in North Bengal, where Jaya and Anirban Bhattacharya were supposed to face the camera. Due to Srijit's health condition, it has been postponed.

The associates have informed the media outlets that by the end of the month, the shoot might take place.
