Raihan Rafi to make another web film based on true events

After taking the fans by surprise with his web-film "Friday" last March, Raihan Rafi is gearing up for a new web-film titled "Omimangshito". According to news reports, the project will feature Imtiaz Barshon and Tanzika Amin.

As per reports, just like "Friday", "Omimangshito" will also be based on a real-life event. This time, the new project is speculated to be inspired by the 2012 murder case of journalist couple, Sagar Sarowar and Meherun Runi, which still remains 'Omimangshito'(unresolved).

"Damal" director and the cast for the new web-film have been tight-lipped about "Omimagshito". Albeit, Raihan Rafi did share that he is currently invested in a new project.

However, the director promises to announce the news in due time.

The web-film is expected to be released on iScreen this October.
