Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has been invited by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India to re-enact his previous nude photos, for its latest vegan campaign.

The organisation wants the "Simmba" actor to promote veganism through their campaign tagline- "All Animals Have the Same Parts - Try Vegan". Apparently, Ranveer Singh has become vegan for his upcoming Karan Johar film "Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani."

PETA India posted the invitation letter on their Twitter account. They requested the "Gully Singh" actor to ditch his pants for the noble cause. They also cited the example of Pamela Anderson in the letter as well.

Baywatch famed actress Pamela Anderson, famous for supporting animal rights, also did a similar campaign for PETA India.

Popular Bollywood actors including Anushka Sharma, Joaquin Phoenix, Kartik Aaryan, and Natalie Portman, are vegan and have teamed up with 'PETA' to promote a 'plant-based diet' and 'meat-free diet' all over India.

Ranveer Singh has neither confirmed nor denied the request as of now. However, the actor's viral photos have led to social media outrage as numerous complaints were filed against him for 'hurting sentiments and modesty' of women.

On the work front, Ranveer Singh is busy shooting for "Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani" and Rohit Shetty's "Cirkus".
