Ananta Jalil's "Din: The Day" has been in the news for its massive BDT 100 crore budget and its full-blown promotions. The movie was released on the day of Eid-Ul-Adha. Yesterday, after almost eight years, Ananta and Barsha—the celebrity couple and co-stars of "Din: The Day"—visited Star Cineplex to watch the movie along with their fans.

Directed by Iranian film director Morteza Atashzamzam, the film was released in 107 cinema halls across the country.

"It feels great to come to Star Cineplex to watch my movie. The last time I came here, was when I watched  'Most Welcome 2' around eight years ago. It feels great to see such a massive crowd coming to see my film, and I am grateful for such a wonderful response," said Ananta Jalil.

Ananta Jalil's "Din: The Day" has also faced criticism for its huge budget. Talking to the media, the "Din: The Day" actor said, "No one in the film industry is my enemy".

Barsha was also ecstatic about returning to Star Cineplex after so long.

"I am overwhelmed with emotions right now. My feelings are almost the same as when our first movie came out. After such a long time, our movie has been released and audiences are literally showering us with love and appreciation," said Barsha.

"I will also request audiences to watch and support other movies alongside ours. Also, I am really grateful to have gotten the opportunity to watch my own movie with such a wonderful audience," added the actress.

"Din: The Day" is a joint production of Bangladesh and Iran. Along with Ananta Jalil and Barsha, actors from Iran and Lebanon are featured in this film. Apart from Bangladesh, the movie has also been shot in various locations of Iran, Afghanistan, and Turkey
