Mithila, Srijit celebrate Eid together in Kolkata

Rafiath Rashid Mithila, Srijit Mukherji and their daughter Ayra were seen celebrating Eid together in Kolkata.

Renowned Indian filmmaker Srijit shared family pictures on his social media profile.

While there were speculations that Mithila and Srijit are getting a divorce, this post has assured people that these were rumours that were being spread. Sometime earlier, it was reported in Indian media, that the two are about to get separated. Although Srijit remained tighlipped about the entire matter, yet Mithila refuted the rumours. 

Meanwhile Mithila's big screen project in Tollywood, "Maya", will be released in Kolkata on July 7. She will also appear in the Bangladeshi film "Kajol Rekha", directed by Gias Uddin Selim, which awaits release. 

On the other hand, Srijit's next film "Padatik", starring Chanchal Chowdhury, is expected to hit theaters by the end of this year. The film is a biopic of the legendary filmmaker Mrinal Sen.
