Miss Universe Bangladesh Tangia’s Bollywood film ‘Rohingya’ set to release

In 2020, Miss Universe Bangladesh Tangia Zaman Methila shot for her debut Bollywood film "Rohingya". The film, directed by Haider Khan, is set to release on November 15.

Under the banner of Thunder Dragon Productions, the movie will be released on Apple TV.

Winner of Mr Bhutan 2017, Sangay Tsheltrim, will be seen opposite Methila in this film.

The director of the film assisted in Bollywood movies like "Commando" and "Dangal".

Methila said she will play a Rohingya woman named Husne Ara. "It feels good that the film is releasing. However, I would have been happier if we could see it on the big screen, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, nothing went according to the plan," she added.
