Man cries after watching ‘Jinn’

One participant of Jaaz Multimedia's '1 Lakh' challenge was seen shivering with fear and crying right after watching the horror film "Jinn". Jaaz Multimedia went live and showed the reactions of the challenger on their social media page.

Right after announcing four winners of the '1 lakh' challenge through a lottery, Jaaz Multimedia held the challenge yesterday.

Two participants were brought to the Jaaz Multimedia offices and were shown the film "Jinn" in a dark room. Neither of the two participants were able to finish the film. Just after watching a few minutes, they got out of the room, looking scared.

Shajal Noor, who acted in the film, posted a video from his Facebook profile, where he was seen consoling one of the participants, Jisan, who was very scared after watching the film alone.

"The film is so scary that I don't think anyone can ever watch the film alone. The opening scene of the film was the most terrifying," said Jisan in the video.

Shajal then offered him a glass of water and tried to comfort him.

Last Saturday, Jaaz Multimedia announced that whoever would be able to watch the Puja Chery and Shajal Noor starrer horror film, "Jinn" alone, would be rewarded with BDT 1 lakh. The production house even shared a list of conditions required to take the challenge, on their social media page.

"Jinn" has been directed by Nader Chowdhury. The film will see the first-ever on-screen pairing of Shajal Noor and Puja Chery. The horror film is scheduled for release on the occasion of the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr.
