Kareena Kapoor to be replaced by Pooja Hegde in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’?

According to many reports, the sequel to "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" will cast Pooja Hegde as the lead heroine, replacing Kareena Kapoor Khan. It is still unknown if Hegde will replace Kapoor in the same role, or play a different character.

A sequel to the film "Bajrangi Bhaijaan", starring Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan was confirmed by Salman Khan in 2021. 

He revealed that "Pawan Putra Bhaijaan"—the anticipated title of the movie—was being written by K V Vijayendra Prasad.

Last year, Vijayendra Prasad shared the story of how he approached Salman with the idea for the sequel.

"I narrated the story outline to Salman and he loved it. Now, the ball in his court to decide the timeline," Vijayendra told Pinkvilla last year.

Pooja Hegde will also be appearing alongside Salman Khan in his upcoming movie, "Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan", and it seems that their on-screen chemistry will last longer than just one film.
