Jr NTR's warrior avatar unveiled in 'Devara'

The first look of actor Jr NTR's upcoming film was unveiled yesterday. Initially titled "NTR 30", the film is now officially named "Devara" and showcases the actor in a powerful warrior outlook.

On the occasion of Jr NTR's birthday, as promised by the film's production team, the first look was revealed. The picture features Jr NTR standing on rocky terrain beside the ocean, brandishing a blood-stained spear. Despite the turbulent waves crashing against the shore, the actor's gaze remains fixed on something distant, portraying a resolute expression.

The first look was shared on Jr NTR's official Twitter handle with a simple caption, "Devara." Prior to this, the film's makers had released a poster displaying various types of swords, accompanied by the caption, "The sea is full of his stories...written in blood."

"Devara" not only marks Jr NTR's highly anticipated project but also serves as the Telugu debut for Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor, who will be playing the female lead. Additionally, acclaimed Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan has joined the film's cast, with the announcement made in April. Pictures of Jr NTR and Saif together were shared by the film's team, who warmly welcomed Saif and revealed that he had commenced shooting for the high-octane action drama.

Meanwhile, Jr NTR will next team up with filmmaker Vetrimaaran for a yet-untitled Telugu film.
