Legendary actors Uzzal and Alamgir has appeared together on the silver screen multiple times. Both have also been pioneering figures of Bangladeshi films over the years.

Both the actors have been active leaders of film related organisations and have managed to secure a bond of love and friendship.

The comrades managed to meet over a cup of tea at Uzzal's Bonani residence after almost a decade.

"We have known each other for a very long time," shares Uzzal, who entered ventured into films with Subhash Dutta's "Binimoy" in 1970. "Our bond has only become stronger with every passing year and has been intact. We went over our old memories from our golden days from the 70s."

Alamgir and Uzzal used to hang out often at BFDC. "It has been a while since we met at BFDC, as we both have been busy," he mentions. "Alamgir visiting me was more of a nostalgic trip for me.'

"He visited me to check upon me, after my wife's demise," he adds.

Uzzal also urges the younger generation of actors to be supportive of each other. "I hope we all stay united and focus on delivering good productions for our audience," says Uzzal.

"We had an amazing chat, and I hope to see Alamgir's smiling face for decades to come," concludes Uzzal.
