Several Eid-ul- Azha television productions have been well received by people in Bangladesh. While most of the shows aired on local television channels, others found a larger audience on YouTube. Among the Eid special productions, a few were inspired by foreign dramas or films, while others were criticised for conveying insensitive social messages.

Eid special tele-fiction "Ghotona Shotto" gave way to numerous social media views upon release. The tele-fiction enraged viewers – allegedly due to its insensitivity towards children with special needs. However, there have been many other productions that people thoroughly enjoyed this festive season.

Ziaul Faruq Apurba and Tasnia Farin starrer "21 Bochhor Pore" earned positive responses from the audience. Directed by Mahmudur Rahman Hime, the single episode fiction explores themes like motherhood and familial bonds. Apurba is also being praised for his roles in "Shonir Dosha" and "Mon Doria" as well.

Afran Nisho's "Chirodin Ajj" has been one of the most talked about fictions this Eid season. Directed by Vicky Zahed, it also stars Mehazabien Chowdhury, who delivers a mind-blowing performance.  Nisho's "Hello Shunchen", "Kaikobaad", "Onno Ek Prem", "Apon", and "Punorjonto" have also been successful.

Director Mabrur Rashid Bannah's "Sweeper Man", featuring Musfiq R Farhan in lead role has also emerged as a noteworthy recommendation for the audience. Bannah's "Maayer Daak", starring Dilara Zaman, Tahsan Khan, Tawsif Mahbub, Farhan Ahmed Jovan, Zakia Bari Mamo, Tasnia Farin, and Keya Payel among others, has also been a fan favourite.

Probir Roy Chowdhury's "Baba Tomake Bhalobashi" has been well-received. The tele-fiction stars Mamunur Rashid, Abul Hayat, Fazlur Rahman, Farhan Ahmed Jovan, Tasnia Farin, and Samia Othoi, among many others.
