Farhan Akhtar set to feature in ‘Ms Marvel’

Bollywood actor-director Farhan Akhtar is a part of the cast of "Ms Marvel", though we still do not know which character he is playing in the upcoming Disney+ series. 

The Marvel Studios project is fronted by newcomer Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan, also known as Ms Marvel, a Muslim American teenager growing up in Jersey City.

She is an avid gamer and a voracious fan-fiction scribe with an oversized imagination — particularly when it comes to Captain Marvel. 

"Ms Marvel" will be the first Hollywood project for Akhtar. The show is slated for release on June 8, 2022.
