Directors excited for their Eid outings

Every Eid, the audience eagerly waits for productions crafted by their favourite directors, featuring their favourite stars. This Eid ul-Azha, celebrated directors have come back in full swing after the pandemic.

After the immense popularity "Networker Baire", Mizanur Rahman Aryan is set to deliver 5 new productions this season. "Bebodhan", featuring Farhan Ahmed Jovan and Mehazabien Chowdhury, alongside "Ekhanei Sesh Noy" starring Tawsif Mahbub and Tasnia Farin, and "Odhbut To Apni" casting Khairul Basar and Tanjin Tisha will be released this Eid.

"I am also excited about Jovan and Tanjim Saiyara Totini starrer 'Suhashini', and 'Fuler Nam e Nam', featuring Tawsif and Sadia Ayman," he says.

While speaking about his upcoming OTT ventures Aryan said he already has a web film and a series lined up. "We will begin shooting for these two projects after Eid," he adds.

Following his usual style, Mabrur Rashid Bannah will be delivering over 10 productions this time. His "Single Scene Story", an anthology featuring 14 single-shot stories, will stream on OTT platform Bongo this season.

"Thought Film Series", featuring 7 short films will also be released in the following week, marking Eid. "After 2016, we will be bringing back the series to the audience, and I am eagerly looking forward to their response," mentions Bannah.

Niloy Alamgir, Shamim Hasan Sarker, Samira Khan Mahi, Zaher Alvi, Samanta Parveg, Moushumi Mou and Parsa Evana, among many others, will be seen in this short film series.

Bannah's single-episode fiction, "Ekjon Moddhobitto Bolchi", which casts Musfiq R Farhan, Keya Payel, and Monira Akter Mithu, will air on Club11 Entertainment's YouTube Channel. His "Adob Beyadob" featuring Abdun Noor Shajal and Anamika Oishee will air on Deepto TV, and "Dress-up Sense Nai" with Fazlur Rahman Babu, Sabbir Arnob, and Anamika Oyeshe will air on NTV, among others will also release this Eid. His tele-fiction "Manush Tokai" featuring Farhan Ahmed Jovan, will also release this season.

Shihab Shaheen will be delivering the Afran Nisho, Tasnia Farin and Nazifa Tushi starrer production "Syndicate" on Chorki this Eid, as promised by the maker. He is also looking forward to around 9 other Eid specials this coming festive season.

His "Bodle Jawa Manush", with Ziaul Faruq Apurba and Tasnia Farin in lead, will be released on Maasranga TV this Eid. "Abaro Oghoton", the direct sequel of the Apurba-Sabila starrer "Oghoton" and "Streer 10ti Bodobvash" where Apurba will be seen opposite Tasnia Farin will also release this month, marking Eid.

Afran Nisho will be seen in two Shihab Shaheen productions this Eid al Azha. "Nisho also will be seen opposite Naziba Basher in 'Chakri Noy Chakor' alongside 'Hot Temper' where he will share the screen with Safa Kabir," mentions Shihab Shaheen.

Kajal Arefin Ome is eagerly looking forward to "Good Buzz" and "Bachelor's Qurbani" this Eid. "Last time, I was able to give 5 productions as a couple of the releases were shot long before Eid. Nevertheless, I promise that the audience won't be disappointed," shares Ome.

After promising third installment of "Punorjonmo", director Vicky Zahed is looking forward to presenting a surprise for the fans of this franchise this Eid. His web film "Shuklopokkho" will also release on Chorki this Eid. The murder-mystery features Khairul Basar, Suheran Binte Kamal and Ziaul Roshan, among others.

"My thriller 'Bachibar Holo Tar Shaadh' will put forward the fresh chemistry between Afran Nisho and Tanjim Saiyara Totini this Eid," Vicky shares.

With much said about the upcoming Eid releases, the audience seems to have a wide range of genres to choose from this time.
