Chorki's Halloween special ‘Procholito’ drops intriguing trailer

In a move to add Halloween-based entertainment this year, Chorki released a trailer for its original web-series "Procholito". The series is of the thrilling horror genre comprising five plots. It has been geared up to release one new episode every Thursday, starting October 19. 

The anthology of horror series directed by Md Abid Mallick, dropped the names of five different stories namely, "Baewarish", "Calling Bell", "Belai", "Ringtone" and "Hatbodol", starring actors like Yash Rohan, Mostafa Monwar, Sadia Ayman, Baizid Haque Joarder and Abdullah Al Sentu amongst others.

Based on the hints dropped by the trailer, "Baewarish" which translates to 'unclaimed' could be a story of two people navigating the burial of a corpse. The existing corpse in the story possesses endless possibilities for the horror genre.

"Calling Bell" shows a married couple hearing unnecessary rings of Calling Bells. The inquisitive nature of their story adds mystery to the spooky plot. 

"Belai" which means cat in Bengali, promises a plot around a black cat that just happens to be notoriously associated with black magic.

"Ringtone's" story does not reveal much about the possibility of its plot but the color grading and the acting create an enigmatic premise for it.

"Hatbodol" means replacing one thing with another in Bengali. Its story suggests an eerie plot about a dog owner who agonises over his possibly deceased pet.
