Aruna Biswas' 'Oshombhob' to release on October 20

Veteran actress Aruna Biswas has been acting for over three decades now. She primarily gained popularity on the silver screen. Over the years, not only has she been seen in television dramas, but she has also ventured into directing dramas. This time around, the actress has directed a film for the first time. 

Her directorial for the silver screen, "Oshombhob", is set to release this October 20. In this regard, Aruna Biswas said, "I am bringing in my cherished directorial 'Oshombhob' to the silver screen on the 20th of this month, during the Puja holidays."

"The audiences bring life to a movie. I thus, earnestly hope for them to support 'Oshombhob'," she further added.

Aruna Biswas mentioned this film is for a family to watch together, as it tells the story of journeys surrounding love for one's country and family. 

The actress herself has also acted in this government-funded "Oshombhob", amongst other actors like Abul Hayat, Jyotsna Biswas, Shatabdi Wadud, Shahed Sharif Khan, Swagata, Sohana Saba, and so on.
