Actress Akhee's condition deteriorates

Small-screen actress Sharmeen Akhee's physical condition has deteriorated recently. The actress was shifted to the intensive care unit (ICU) on Thursday afternoon. 

Akhee suffered major burns from an explosion and is currently undergoing treatment at the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.

Chief Coordinator of the burn institute Dr Samanta Lal Sen, informed the media on Friday, that she is still in the ICU due to her critical condition.She complained about shortness of breath on Thursday and also started to burn with fever. There has been no improvement in her physical condition. 

Akhee was seriously injured in an explosion in the make-up room of a shooting location in Mirpur, on January 28.  Several parts of Akhee's body, including her hands, legs, and hair were burnt in the explosion.
