Abhishek Bachchan to star in Shoojit Sircar’s new project

The "Vicky Donor" famed director Shoojit Sircar is all set to feature Abhishek Bachchan in his new and still untitled 'slice of life' themed project. The director has worked with the eminent actor Amitabh Bachchan in multiple projects including "Shoebite" (2019, "Piku" (2015), and "Gulabo Sitabo" (2020) amongst others.

Now, according to Pinkvilla reports, advance discussions on the new project featuring Abhishek Bachchan are already underway. The project will be produced by Ronnie Lahiri who was also the producer for many of Shoojit Sircar's famed films namely "Pink", "Vicky Donor" and "Piku" .

Though both the actor and the director have yet to officially announce anything, fans will probably get to see Abhishek Bachchan donning a new shade in Sircar's upcoming project.

Abhishek Bachchan was last seen in the Tushar Jalota directorial film "Dasvi" and the Amazon Prime featured series "Breathe: Into the Shadows" season two.
