Tahsan, SD Rubel, Kumar Bishwajit top tax paying musicians

Tahsan Rahman Khan, SD Rubel, and Kumar Bishwajit have become the top taxpayers in the singers' category for the tax year of 2021-22, according to the National Board of Revenue (NBR).

The NBR has released the names of 141 individuals and businesses, who are the top taxpayers for the fiscal year of 2021-22.

Earlier, Mahfuz Ahmed, Mehazabien Chowdhury and Pijush Bandyopadhyay became the top taxpayers in the actors' category. 

Of them, 76 are individuals. The companies included are banks, non-banks, telecom service providers, engineering, food, energy, jute, spinning, textiles, pharmaceutics, print and electronic media, housing, readymade garments, and leather manufacturers.

The NBR will recognise the top taxpayers in the country and give them tax cards during an upcoming event.
