Six years of ‘Raat ADDA with Tanvir Tareq’

Recently, the radio show, "Raat ADDA with Tanvir Tareq" celebrated its sixth anniversary on air. Over the span of the show, Tanvir Tareq completed almost 300 episodes, spending time and swapping stories with countless of celebrities and individuals from the showbiz arena.

His show notably started the trend of simultaneously broadcasting a Facebook live and a radio programme.

Speaking about the landmark achievement, Tanvir Tareq said "Almost six years ago, I started this show around the end of February. During that time, a lot of people were sceptical about the integration into the digital platform, which has now gone on to become the norm. I believe that, in terms of content, audio and visuals should both be available in sync."

"I don't have any further plans regarding the programme. I have tried to keep up with the times and am happy that it isn't just another two-hour radio programme, rather it has become a cultural archive," concluded Tanvir.
