Embargo on Aaron for beamer

In a frustrating over flooded with runs, pacer Varun Aaron became a bit unbridled in 39th over during an ODI match of Asia Cup between Bangladesh and India at Fatullah stadium today.

Aaron delivered an enraged beamer-- a shoulder-high full-toss -- the second of the innings to Bangladesh skipper Mushfiqur Rahim that hit the Bangladeshi maestro's ribcage.

Mushfiqur fell down on the ground instantly aching in pain.

Earlier, in the 37th over, Aaron bowled another beamer to Anamul Haque.

As per ICC regulations on delivering beamers, umpires instantly put an embargo on his bowling for the rest of the innings.

Indian captain Virat Kohli helped him to finish the over.

Aaron however apologised to Mushfiqur for his "unintended" dangerous delivery.

Before getting banned for the innings, the medium-fast bowler picked up Bangladeshi ace opener Anamul on his personal 77 runs.

The seamer bowled 7.5 overs and gave away 74 runs with an economy rate of 9.44 with 2 no-balls and 3 wide-balls.
