The festival is back again. I have many fond memories of celebrating Durga Puja at my ancestral home, Pabna -- hanging out with friends, visiting relatives' homes and wearing new attire. This Puja, I will spend time in Pabna with my family and friends. I feel restless if I don't go there during the festival. I wish everyone a happy and joyous Puja.

I really miss my childhood Puja days. I could not imagine the festival without new clothes during that time. We had great fun those days. Although I don't celebrate the day in such a big way anymore, I feel very good ahead of the festival. This Puja, I will go to my ancestral home in Rajshahi.

Although I'll be shooting at that time, I will manage two days off to celebrate the festival in Dhaka. I plan to have a great time on Nabomi. Luchi and parata will be made for Dashami. After marriage, I celebrated Durga Puja once in Chittagong and once with my husband in Delhi. I plan to wear salwar kameez and use light make up that day.

As a child, we used to have great fun during the festival. On the occasion, I used to observe a fast at the Ramkrishna Mission all daylong then. At night, my father brought me back home.

As my shooting schedule is relatively relaxed during the Puja break I'll spend the festival in my hometown, Mymensingh with my family. In the old days, I used to wait for Puja all year round. Even now I can't keep away from my hometown during the festival. It is an occasion for us friends and relatives to get together. I will wear a sari this Puja.

I usually go to my ancestral home at Ashulia on the outskirts of Dhaka for the festival. I am free from shooting this time, so I plan to have a great time during Puja. As I am an alumnus of Bharateswari Homes at Mirzapur, Tangail, I often go there too; I plan to do so this year and hang out with my friends. I will wear a saree, my favourite attire.
