Dinner barred from entering Khaleda’s office

Law enforcers deployed in front of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s Gulshan office in Dhaka did not allow a rickshaw-van carrying food and mineral water bottles to enter the office this evening.
The three-wheeler carrying dinner boxes and water bottles for over 40 people, including some senior BNP leaders and staffers, reached the office gate around 8:00pm.
Media persons were present in front of the office when the on-duty policemen barred the rickshaw-van from entering the office.
Contacted, SI Sabbir Rahman of Gulshan Police Station told reporters that he was not aware of the incident.
On the other hand, when an on-duty police officer was asked about the incident, he said he just went there and did not know anything.
