2 teenagers held for raping child in Sirajganj

Police have arrested two teenagers for allegedly raping a 12-year-old from Ullapara upazila of Sirajganj.

The 17-year-old arrestees were held from Chokhpara Elengjani area yesterday, reports our Pabna correspondent quoting Dipak Kumar, officer-in-charge of Ullapara Police Station.

The duo was arrested after the victim's mother filed a case with the police station on the night of May 20, accusing four people.

The were sent to a correction centre today while police were trying to nab the other accused, the OC added.
