Youth found murdered in Lalmonirhat pond

The body of a youth was found floating on a pond in Surkilmil Colony area in the town yesterday.

The victim was Saiful Islam Biplob,19, son of Abdul Hannan of the area.

Hannan alleged that Biplob was murdered and his body was thrown in the pond.

Police sent the body to Lalmonirhat Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy, said Sadar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mahfuz Alam.
