Body of woman found inside suitcase in Narayanganj

Police today recovered the tied up body of an unidentified woman inside a suitcase in Rupganj upazila of Narayanganj.

The body of the woman, aged around 30, was found inside a black suitcase at Sector No 13 of Purbachal suburb area in Rupganj around 5:00pm, Sub-Inspector (SI) Sabbir Ahmed of Rupganj Police Station, who was on the spot, told our Narayanganj correspondent.

The body of the deceased was found tied up with rope. It is suspected that she was killed and her body was stuffed in the suitcase, the SI added.  

The body has been sent to Narayanganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy, the police official added.
