Tenure of press minister at Bangladesh’s Delhi mission extended

The contractual appointment of Enamul Hoque Chowdhury as press minister at Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi has been extended by one more year.

The extension will be effective from June 16 next, according to a gazette notification of the public administration ministry.

Huq got a two-year contractual appointment as the press minister on June 16, 2009. Since then his contract has been extended several times.
