Teen dies from snakebite

A teenage boy died from snakebite at Gopalpur village in Charbhadrasan upazila yesterday afternoon.

The deceased was Farhad Mollah, 18, son of Lal Mollah of the village.

The victim's brother-in-law Badullah Matabbor said a venomous snake bit Farhad when he was feeding their cattle around 11:00am.

The family members took him to a village doctor. He later died around 4:00pm.
