Tea stall owner murdered in Khagrachari

Miscreants killed a man by slitting his throat in Dighinala upazila of Khagrachari last night, reports Bangla daily Prothom Alo.

Deceased Md Badol Kha, 40, had a tea-stall in Madhya Boalkhali Ashram area of the upazila, reports our Bandarban correspondent quoting Officer-in-Charge of Dighinala Police Station Mizanur Rahman.

Both he and his wife were drugged before the murder. The wife is receiving treatment at a local hospital, the OC said.

On information, police recovered the body this morning, the police official added.
