Signature campaign for #JusticeForTonu

A faction of Gonojagaran Mancha today launched a mass signature campaign to press for immediate arrest and punishment of the killers of Comilla college student Sohagi Jahan Tonu.

Imran H Sarkar spokesperson of the Gonojagaran Mancha inaugurated the campaign by taking signatures of people from various walks of life at Shahbagh in Dhaka this afternoon.

In support of the demand, the Gonojagaran Mancha, who are moving with a four-point charter of demand, staged a demonstration at the Shabagh intersection around 3:30pm.

“We will place the signatures before the speaker of the parliament to expedite justice of Tonu’s murder,” said Imran H Sarker, spokesperson for this faction of the Mancha.

Later, they brought out a procession that marched through TSC of the Dhaka University.
