PM to brief media on ASEM summit tomorrow

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is scheduled to brief media tomorrow about the outcomes of her recent visit to Mongolia.

She will also talk about the prevailing socio-political situation of the country at her official residence Gono Bhaban around 4:00pm, Asif Kabir, assistant press secretary to the prime minister, told The Daily Star. 

Earlier, the prime minister returned home this evening wrapping up her three-day official visit to Mongolia to attend the 11th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Summit held in Ulaanbaatar on July 15-16, reports UNB.

A VVIP Flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the prime minister and her entourage landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 7:20pm.

Earlier, the prime minister and her entourage left Chinggis Khaan International Airport at 5:40pm (local time).

Bangladesh Ambassador to Mongolia M Fazlul Karim and a representative of the Mongolian government saw the prime minister off at the airport.
