Perform duties properly or face the music: Health minister

Health Minister Zahid Maleque today warned of taking legal action against the physicians and health officials if they indulge in any wrongdoing and are found to be nonperforming.

“If anyone (doctors and health staff) misconducts and does not perform from his or her own duty, they won’t be spared and must face legal action,” he said.

The minister came up issued the note of warning while was addressing a programme at Colonel (retd) A Malek Government Medical College in Makinganj this afternoon.
