Online registration for DU admission seekers begins

The online registration process of the admission seekers for the first year honours courses of 2015-16 academic session at Dhaka University begins today. Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor AAMS Arefin Siddique today inaugurated the online registration process of the admission seekers for the first year honours courses of 2015-16 academic session.

The registration process will continue till September 10, 2015.

According to the decision of the Academic committee of the university, admission test of  “Ka” (A) unit will be held on October 30, “Kha” (B) unit on October 9, “Ga” (C) unit on October 16, “Gha” (D) unit on November 6, “Cha” (F) unit (drawing) on October 17 and “Cha” (F) unit (general knowledge) on October 10.

The admission seekers were asked to visit (http://admission.eis.du.ac.bd) for detailed information.

The total number of seats available for the honours courses has been increased to 6,655 which was 6,582 last year.

Meanwhile, the admission test of the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (Buet) for 2015-16 academic session will be held on October 17, 2015.

The total number of seats has been increased to 1,030 which was 1,000 last year.

The registration process of the admission seekers will begin from August 30, said a press release.
