Youth found beheaded in Jhenidah

Police recovered the beheaded body of a youth in Harinakundo upazila of the district yesterday.

The identity of the youth, aged about 35 years, could not be ascertained as of filing of this report around 6:00pm. 

Officer in Charge (OC) of Harinakundo Police Station Asaduzzaman Munshi said villagers spotted the body lying abandoned at a paddy field in Folsi village of the upazila around 8:30am and informed the police.

Police recovered the body and sent it to Jhenidah Sadar Hospital for autopsy, the OC said, adding that the body bore several marks of injuries on different parts.
