Natore DC made OSD

Natore Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Golamur Rahman, recently accused of harassing one of his female colleagues, was made officer on special duty (OSD) yesterday.

Deputy Secretary of Power Division Mohammad Shahariag took over the charge as Natore DC.

Earlier, a female colleague of Golamur accused him of harassing her through 'indecent' text messages and making 'suggestive' proposals.

Harassment by Golamur started soon after he joined as Natore DC on October 9, reads a letter written by the victim to the ministry concerned.

The Daily Star obtained a copy of the letter and came to know that she also attached screenshots of the Facebook messenger conversations with the letter.

However, Golamur denied the allegations brought against him.
