Man stabbed dead in Sirajganj

Criminals stabbed a locally influential man to death in Sirajganj's Kamarkhand upazila.

The victim was Khoka Sheikh, 65, of Sholpo Mahamudpur village.

Police said unidentified goons waylaid khoka while he was returning home around 10:00pm on Friday and stabbed him, leaving him critically injured.

He was admitted to a hospital in Bogura, where he succumbed to his injuries early yesterday.
