Body of madrasa student recovered in Chapainawabganj

Police recovered the body of a madrasa student from Chapainawabganj town this morning.

The deceased was identified as Junaed Ali, 17, son of Lutfar Rahman of Gopalpur village in Naogaon's Porsha upazila, reports our local correspondent quoting Mozaffor Hossain, officer-in-charge (OC) of Chapainawabganj Sadar Model Police Station.

Junaed was a student of Hefjul Madrasa in Pathanpara area in the town, the OC said adding that locals discovered his body hanging from a tree near the madrasa and informed police.

Police sent the body to the sadar hospital for autopsy.
