Abducted madrasa boy rescued

Members of elite force Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) from Barishal rescued an abducted  madrasa boy in Khulna yesterday morning.

The boy was abducted from his village in Bhandaria upazila of the district on October 9.

The victim, Md Asadullah Al Galib, 14, son of Anwar Hossain Howlader of Dhawa Phultala village in Bhandaria upazila, is a student of Class VIII of Dakkhin Shialkathi Alim Madrasa.

Rab-8 of Barishal in a statement said Galib went out of his home on October 9 and since then did not return. After failing to trace Galib, his family members  sought help of the elite force, the press release said.
