40 judges transferred in judiciary resuffle

The government today brought a reshuffle in the judiciary through transferring 40 assistant and senior assistant judges.

It made the change on advice from the Supreme Court. The law ministry issued a notification to this effect.

In the notification, the ministry asked the transferred judges to join their new workplaces on June 12.
