Man held with hemp

Police arrested a man with 200 grams of hemp from Bhaoul village in Saltha upazila of the district on Friday. The arrestee is Shukur Matbor, 35, son of Jalil Matbor of the village. Office-in-Charge DM Belayet of Saltha Police Station said the law enforces raided Shukur's house and arrested him along with the hemp around 11:00pm. The arrestee was produced before a court yesterday that sent him to jail, the OC said.
