Kurigram by-polls July 25

Preparations have been completed for holding the by-election to Kurigram-3 constituency (Ulipur and some parts of Chilmari) on July 25.

Election Commissioner Md Rafiqul Islam observed the training programme of presiding officers, assistant presiding officers and polling officers in Ulipur upazila on July 20.

Awami League candidate MA Matin (with boat symbol) and Jatiya Party candidate Dr Akkas Ali Sarker (with plough symbol) are contesting in the by-election.
