Kid drowns in pond

A three-year-old boy drowned in a pond at Syedpur village in Sadar upazila of Sunamganj district on Saturday.

The deceased is Roni, son of Bobi Hossain of the village. Police and family sources said Roni fell into the pond near their house while playing on its bank.
