JMB man Fazlur on remand for seven days

A Natore court yesterday placed Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) activist Fazlur Rahman, alias Taher alias Robi, on a seven-day remand.

Police produced the arrestee before the Senior Judicial Magistrate's Court seeking a 15-day remand.

After the hearing, the Senior Judicial Magistrate Shamsul Al Amin granted a seven-day remand.

A special team from Detective Branch of Bogra arrested Fazlur on Friday and seized four pistols, six magazines, 17 bullets and a large amount of explosives from his possession.
