Jessore tech univ admission test begins today

The admission test for first year honours courses under the 2017-18 academic session at Jessore Science and Technology University (JSTU) will begin today.

A total of 38,239 candidates will vie for only 795 seats under six units of the university.

Public Relation Officer of the university Abdur Rashid said the test for A,B and C units will be held today from 9:30am to 11:00am, 12:30pm to 2:00pm, and 3:30pm to 5:00pm respectively.

The admission test for 'E' unit will be held from 9:00am to 10:30am while 'D' unit from 11:00am to 12:30pm and 'F' unit 3:30pm to 5:00pm tomorrow, he said.

Use and transportation of all kinds of electronic devices like mobile phones and digital clocks are completely prohibited in the examination centre.

Besides, three mobile courts will be patrolling in the area to avert any untoward situation.
