Indian held with cattle

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) arrested an Indian national with cattle and Indian rupees at Padmar char-Bakher Ali village in Sadar upazila of the district yesterday. The arrestee is Robi Sheikh, 30, son of Samaun Sheikh of Ramnagar village under Lalgola Police Station in Murshidabad district of Pashchimbanga. On secret information, the border guards raided the area and arrested Robi with the cattle and 3,100 Indian rupees, said Ahmed Junaed Alam Khan, commanding officer of BGB-9 Battalion. A case was filed in this connection, he said.
