Housewife found dead

Police recovered the hanging body of a young housewife from her house at Amua Bazar area in Kathalia upazila of the district yesterday. The deceased is Taslima Akhter Nila, 22, wife of homeopathic doctor Abdullah of Merukhali in the upazila. The couple stayed at a rented house in the area. The body was sent to Jhalakathi Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy. The reason behind the death will be confirmed after getting the autopsy report, said Md Jahid Hasan, officer-in-charge of Kathalia Police Station. The victim's husband went into hiding soon after the incident, said the OC.
